Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or South African public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
HRDND currently ships within South Africa only.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Main centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein): 1–4 business days
- Outlying and regional areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed should delays occur.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can use these details to follow your parcel through to delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we endeavour to deliver all orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur. In accordance with Section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, if HRDND fails to deliver your order on the agreed date or within a reasonable time, you may notify us in writing and cancel the order without penalty.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at sales@hrdndza.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the matter. In line with our risk policy below, HRDND remains responsible for goods until they have been delivered to you or your authorised representative.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. HRDND cannot be held responsible for non-delivery, misdelivery, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be liable for the cost of re-shipping.
Risk and Ownership
In accordance with Section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with HRDND until the goods have been delivered to the customer or their authorised representative at the agreed delivery address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at sales@hrdndza.com so that we may assess and resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights afforded to consumers under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
